Who do you think will be the best villain of 2016?

Zemo will be about as threatening as Baron von Strucker.

Joker

Waller isn't really a villain, but she's mean enough to be in the poll.

Apocalypse is the one I'm most looking forward to. I think he'll be great based on what we know so far.

I'm also very curious to see how Mordo and Zemo turn out. There's a lot to look forward to next year!

Judging from what we've actually seen so far, Joker.

Based on what I've seen so far, Joker looks the most terrifying so I'll go with him.

I thought Affleck would take me out of BvsS, he didn't but Eisenberg did.

I mean the only live footage we've got, was Luthor, Waller and the Joker. Joker looks the most interesting?

I have to admit I've seen the Apocalypse still and I've already heard the jokes of Ivan Ooze.

I haven't really seen anything that makes me look forward to any of them more than I did just from hearing the concept (character and actor), but from the ones I've at least seen something of I'd say the Joker.

Out of just the actors I'm the most interested in seeing what Chiwetel Ejiofor will do.

I can't vote on here without having seen all the performances. Leto's Joker seems terrific and is enough different from Heath's version that people will be willing to move on, even though Heath will probably always be considered the quintessential Joker.

One thing though. I see Amanda Waller on the list, and from the SS preview she's clearly the evil government type that's willing to lie to everyone. I thought Waller was a good guy in the comics, and like was shown in Green Lantern, is motivated by the death of her husband and child.

Is there an alternate version in the comics where Waller is a villain, or is this new to the DC films?

Zemo has a great actor behind him, but I feel like Civil War will be much more focused on Cap vs IM (as it should) than any villain.

I voted for Oscar Isaacs but Jared Leto already has an Oscar to his name
and at this point I have 0 confidence in Marvel producing a good villain

I love Viola Davis' performance in everything.

However I think the story for Apocalypse the character is going to be so much better and meaningful than what she is playing in the DC film... so I voted for Apocalypse.

I personally picked Leto, because he has the most to live up to, and he looks to do his very best. An oscar winning actor putting his all into a role is a very good omen.

Apocalypse, based on what we know. Leto's Joker is the wrong shade of permawhite, which makes him less frightening to me.

I agree, it looks too light. More pale skin shade than white. The ugly tattoos don't help the look either.

She's more of an anti-hero who leans closer to hero or villain depending on the writer, like Magneto. She's like Stryker in the X-Men films but she goes after superheroes instead of mutants and genuinely wants to save the world.

Joker is going to be the most threatening but I think Lex is going to be the dark horse and beat the rest. Everything I've seen so far reminds me of the Kingpin's arc.

I went with Joker because I haven't really seen anything from Apolcalypse yet.
