I love this franchise.

My favorite is Raiders of the Lost Ark, that was amazing and great movie!

Spielberg made masterpiece

So which one is your favorite?

Doom is my favorite. I'm at least gonna vote for it because no one else will.

Doom is one of Spielberg's worst movies (along with 1941 and Hook), extreme over-indulgence, virtually no plot, and yes, it's just a roller coaster. Crusade is actually a very lazy movie from Spielberg, and works despite him rather than because of him.

Nice poll Cine

I'm going to have to agree with Gammy

I think Raiders is actually the best one, but Doom is my favorite. Kinda like how Empire is the best one but New Hope is my favorite.

Last Crusade actually has character development...so I'd go with that.

Last Crusade. It had The Connery as well as Ford. That's a badass combo if I ever saw one.

And I don't know why everyone hates Temple Of Doom. Because it scared you as a child? Because you thought the scenes at the temple were too violent? Grow up. Temple Of Doom has a pretty strong plot, some of the best action sequences of the series, amazing set pieces and beautiful locales. The opening sequence alone makes it worthwhile. Granted, Doom would probably be third for me, but I love all three movies. As I stated in another thread, I grew up on these films. They helped to shape my love of cinema. All three films are cinematic masterpieces that i never get tired of. In fact, I feel like watching The Last Crusade.

Agreed

I'd have to say Raiders was the best and Last Crusade was the most entertaining.

I wasn't a big fan of Doom when it came out. It fell flat. I mean it was okay had some good scenes and some decent action but it didn't seem fleshed out. Plus I remember at the time it bothered me that it didn't revolve around a biblical artifact like the other two, seemed a bit incongrous to me.

The biggest thing that hurts Doom is Willie Scott.

I'm able to overlook Shortround. I'm probably the only person who enjoys films with the so called "annoying kids", especially if they enhance the character...which Shortround didn't.

Still, I liked him.

I'd say Last Crusade is probably my favorite.

Raiders.

It is a simply stunning movie ... I never tire of watching it.

Doom is good but I find I almost have to force myself to enjoy it because its Indy.

Crusade was a return to form but as was said above its a lazy movie in places ... and is it just me or do some of the sets look VERY cheap?
