Am I the only one that thinks Zack is tricking us? I'm not 100% sold that is Batman Saying "Tell me..... Do you bleed.... you will" and not 100% sold that the scene that shows armored Batman and floating Superman is them about to fight each other. I wonder if that is a unknown villain saying that and they are about to team up to fight said villain.

Just speculation, but I do feel that the trailer is not all of what it seems.
Very excited, to see this movie, so long to wait.

Glad to know I am not alone in this. I've read some posts that people say oh wow BatFleck sounds amazing, and its sounds like Ben, but with a voice changer. Well..... I just don't think it sounds like Affleck, but I could be wrong. But Snyder has done such a great job keeping this movie from leaks and etc, I think he is toying with us all to unveil major surprises and shocks that no one see's coming.

The It seems like a lot of plot devices and scenes are being used from DKR, but I've got a feeling the conclusion is going to be far from DKR's.

Yeah, I think that's a given. The bit with the "S" soldiers makes me think that they are flipping the TDK script a bit. Instead of Super being the government stooge and Bats the rogue, it's Bats who gets tasked (or tasks himself) to deal with a "rogue" Superman (who isn't actually a rogue but has attracted his own array of crazies through no fault of his own).

To be honest I think the scenes and components we've seen so far are perfectly fine, I wouldn't want a direct adaptation (which we're not getting so it's a moot point) but I do have to ask if people would've complained if these things popped up and DKR didn't exist.

The hate for DKR has been increasing proportionately to the amount of DKR influence shown in BvS.

To be clear, I don't mind all the TDK influence. But I haven't been paying close attention to BvS and it just caught me by surprise. If they can make it work, more power to them.

I just hope the shot of what looks like the Batwing slaughtering bad guys is maybe Lex hacking the jet and trying to make Batman look bad so Superman will go after him...

I really don't want to see Batman killing people. So...i'm going with the hacking story.

Most likely it is, but I cant help but feel that that entire scene with that line is not that way in the movie. Again, I can't help but feel Zack is tricking us, making it seem one way but the reveal will be something different.
Just speculation of course, but just not sure. Still not 100% convinced that is Affleck saying that, not convinced that is his voice we hear.

We still haven't gotten a cast for Doomsday revealed (which makes no sense to keep it under wraps when we know that it appears Batman and Lex are the antagonists), and to be honest, I don't think we're getting Doomsday in this movie.

well the fight starts out on a roof but those who saw the extended version said it was inside a building and Supes busts through a wall.
I wonder if maybe Bats has some of that Krypton atmosphere stuff rigged up in the building and he lures him into it?

Having Batman use kryptonite (or some other alternative) to weaken Superman cheapens both characters. It also makes the fight far less entertaining.

I predict the fight starts outside in the rain, and Batman moves it inside where he has prepared a rigged arena. Like, a secret Krypton atmosphere generator or something.

And that could simply be because Batman is that good. He could have rigged the battlefield, he could use weapons specifically designed to hurt Superman, etc...

Using Kryptonite? It's boring, it's been done many times, and it's cheap. Anyone can do it.

Hence the point of Superman, he always holds back, always afraid of his powers, especially against humans. The reason he got into this whole mess is because he didn't hold back. Can you imagine the blowback if he kills Batman?killing another of his kind to save the planet set people off enough...but killing a human? Clark might as well kiss his life here goodbye. That's Batman's advantage, he probably knows this...and acts accordingly.

It must quite liberating for Bats to fight Superman, years of rage and anger and having to hold back, only to face someone that can take literally everything he throws at him and more.

Batman is so cool.
