Use this thread to list and discuss who was in Cap’s Avengers Army. New Easter eggs keep popping up so let’s see if we can get them all.

I’ll divide it up into groups:

1) Heroes (The Avengers & Guardians of the Galaxy)
Captain America
Iron Man
Thor
Hulk
Hawkeye
Winter Soldier

Rescue
Falcon
Scarlet Witch
Star-Lord
Drax
Gamora (2014)
Nebula (2023)
Groot
Rocket
Mantis
Ant-Man
The Wasp
Spider-Man
Black Panther
Doctor Strange
Captain Marvel

2) The Ravagers
Notable members:
Howard the Duck

3) New Asgard’s Army
Notable members:
Valkyrie
Korg
Miek

4) Kamar-Taj Sorcerers
Notable members:
Wong

5) Wakandan Army
Notable members:

Is there any I missed?

I don't remember Howard the Duck.

But they should have shown the likes of Sylvester Stallone and others in his crew from the end of GOTG2.

Also Nick Fury and Maria Hill should've been there. And all of Iron Man's remote control armours. Plus all the Netflix heroes, the Runaways, Cloak and Dagger, Ghost Rider and the characters from Agents of SHIELD.

And they could've brought some villains along too like Abomination. In the finale of the Justice League cartoon, the villains joined forces with the heroes because they knew they were fighting against Darkseid and that the fate of the planet was at stake. I'm sure the villains of the MCU would realise this too.

Yes Howard was there. People have screenshots.

If the X-Men were around, I think Professor X could've taken over Thanos's mind to stop him from even trying to snap the universe again.

And Magneto would've surely pried the gauntlet off Thanos. And Wolverine should've been able to slice off his arm to stop him even snapping.

As for heroes who are already in the MCU, Ghost Rider should've been able to use the penance stare against him. And Ant-Man ought to have loads of ways of beating him:

1) Shrinking inside him and then growing big quickly and causing Thanos to explode
2) Shrinking Thanos so that he can't breathe regular-sized air molecules as they would be too big for him and suffocating him that way.
3) Shrinking a blade inside Thanos's throat and then making it grow big so that he could behead him.

While we are at it we should do Thanos’ Army too:

Thanos
Ebony Maw
Corvus Glaive
Proxima Midnight
Cull Obsidian
Leviathans
Chitauri Army
Sakaaran Army
Outriders
Sanctuary-2
Nebula (2014) (dies in pre-battle assault)

If they gave us Supergiant from the Black Order, she would've been a real force to be reckoned with.

Did Ant-Man have something to do with Cull Obsidian's demise in the final battle? I read that on Wikipedia.

Yes. In giant form he stepped on him and smashed him I believe.

Where is Kraglin? I can't find him.

And what exactly is the Sakaaran army?

The planet Hulk army from Ragnarok? But were they there? How would they even get there or Wong even know to bring them?

I didn’t notice Kraglin or the Ravagers. They should have got Sylvester Stallone in there!

I edited to remove Kraglin. People claim he was there but I haven’t seen him either.

Ok I just posted this question regard Cap's army:

I just saw the movie for the second time and during the fight scene we see a character that I never seen before. The character is grey/silver with 2 swords coming out of it's arms and its face looks like the predator.

Who is that?

That’s Miek from Thor: Ragnarok. That’s his armor.

I just went back and watched it and it was him. I just didn't recognize him with a suit of armor on.

So, did anyone confirmed spot any of the Ravagers in the army?

I can't wait for the blu ray just to slowly go through the one shot sequence. I really wish they had The Defenders/AoS/Ghost Rider/Cloak and Dagger in the background. I completely understand and agree why you would have them be main/supporting/guest characters but if ever there was a time to add them for the fun of it this was it. It would make be so happy to pause the movie and see Daredevil fighting an outrider. And just to have them be canonically present would just make my day in a movie that already made my year.

You know, am I the only one who finds it rather amusingly contradictory that "people" seem to simultaneously complain about the lack of TV appearances in the movies, and also about how everything ends up tied to the Avengers and nothing ever gets to be its own thing? Those two positions are pretty contradictory, since the main way something would avoid being "tied" to the Avengers, is by being sufficiently small scale to be unimportant and irrelevant for Avengers-level events.

I complain about the former but not the latter. The Avengers are still the binding glue of the MCU.

I do believe that the complaints come from two different fan bases
