Robert Knepper, who is well-known for his run as Prison Break‘s slithery T-Bag and currently is busting heads on TNT’s Mob City, has been cast on The CW’s Arrow in the plum role of DC Comics master criminal William Tockman aka “Clock King.”

One of my favorite villains from Batman:TAS, so excited!

Wow. This is fantastic news. I'm not very familiar with Clock King, but Knepper is the master of creepy.

Robert Knepper is awesome. He actually made Heroes watchable in that final season and let's not forget (those who watched Prison Break) how he made such a scumbag character become a fan favorite.

Knepper is amazing. That guy can play a great villain. I hope he becomes a recurring one, too. He's just so good...at being a bad guy.

Still hoping they would have gotten Alan Rachins to play him. He did the voice of Clock King in the Batman:TAS. Knepper is good though.

Im hoping they give him the clock face glasses instead of mask.
Plus its a huge possibilty that he will have multi episodes due to the fact that Clock King did join and run the Suicide Squad
