Hey guys,

Since no one ever made a comic adaptation of The Dark Knight, I thought I would step up and work on this huge project!

Its going to take a while, but I think it will be worth it.

I am currently working on a test page. I will post it when I'm done.

Well, there was one - in a way. It came out with TDK bluray but it was a short issue that only followed the Bank robbery

Very cool idea. I look forward to seeing what you come up with.

i actually thought about doing this, but with a twist. i want to do it in the artistic style of the first comic. the only thing i'm debating, though, is to just do it in that style but base it in present day, like the film, or actually adapt it so it's based in 1939/40s.

This seems like a great concept. What would be fun would to be do it like there was an original dark knight comic a year or two ago on here that had several artists who worked on it together, each section in their own style.... That'd be fun.

If you draw it in the style of 1940s Batman... that would be beyond awesome!

I actually hope DC releases an official TDK (along with TDKR) comic adaptation upon TDKR release. Afterall the IM comic movie adaptation came out upon IM2's release I believe.
