Tell us how packed your theater was! And odnt forget to get picks of the enormous crowds lining up down the block

In the city I'm in Australia the cinema is never ever full. And like always it wasn't full for either of the two sessions that I've been to so far.
But, considering school holidays have just finished this week here, and i went both times to an 11am screening, the number of people was great, probably around triple or 4 times the amount of people that usually attend a session. Also i saw ALOT of kids wagging school to see this lol

there is one major theatre here and they are showing 10 screenings of TDK, 8 of which were sold out as of 4:30 this afternoon. So Im sure its going to be a mad house where I'm at (which is OK cause I saw it Tuesday :D)

edit: but of course Ill still be there

my cinema was only half full for the session i went to on the opening day here in Aus. i went to one in my suburb, the one in the city was probably packed

All five theatres in my cinema are sold out. Yesterday only one was. I might have to arrive earlier than I had inteded before.

:hoboj: - Ahahahahahaha!

pittsburgh suburban cinema has 5 screens so far for tonight and counting. Gonna be fun.

All Imax sessions on Wednesday was sold out so it was packed, same with Thursday Imax but I wasnt there. I went to normal cinemas on Thursday but it too was pretty packed for my session. I think I few other sessions were sold out.

The advanced screening was pretty packed, and the guy who worked there also said they sold close to 7,000 tickets already!

Advance screening was packed, arrived two hours before the movie and was nearly 30th in line.

From the sounds of it, the crowd tonight is going to be big as well. I know various people going to different screens tonight in the same building (we're the only ones of my friends to secure IMAX... again :)) but I'm hitting the road in about half hour.

I've seen it twice (in Australia) both times a full session.
In fact, every session was full when I arrived, so I was relieved I booked tickets. This was at the largest cinema in Sydney, and most people weren't aware the movie was out because it opened a day early.

advance screening for me actually wasn't really that packed. i remember looking around and there were a lot of empty seats (no more than three at once though!)

I'll be going again tonight and its a sold out show so I'm assuming all seats will actually be filled. for the kicking and screening most likely lots of individuals got two admits for one person.

I can't wait for the audience reactions! I presume that a lot of the hardcore fans were at the advance screening so i hope we get some 'lay people' into the mix so i might be able to gauge the reactions of an average movie-goer. should be exciting!

My only hope, dear lord, is that no one brings their six year old kids and have them start crying in the middle of the movie.

In Australia my local cinema, opening day, 10am session, I'd say at least 2/3 full, however, when I got out, there was a massive cue of people waiting for the next session.

This says alot beause no-one goes opening morning in Australia. When I saw BB on opening morning at about 10am there were like 15 other people in the cinema.

IMAX Sydney, full house. That place was completely sold out for pretty much every session.

I checked Regal Cinemas website and the theater I am seeing the movie in is SOLD OUT. I am going to leave early... probably 10:30pm....

Our Advanced Screening tickets was pretty packed, as expected. Over 600 for sure. But there were a few empty seats.

Going to regular showing at Opry Mills here in Tennessee. Midnight showing. Got a call from a friend who said a buddy of his was already in line for the 3 am showing. Said there was already a line for regular midnight.

Keep this in mind: I got this call at 6 PM!

I heard Superman will be in the film and hear is the lines.

Superman: Bruce wayne you think your the only Superhero in this universe.

Bruce: Who the Hell are you?

Superman: Superman. Savior of earth. I wana talk to you about the Justice League Iniviate

Went and caught the 6pm session in Sydney City. Was pretty much a packed theatre and when i left the theatre another que was forming.

Heard from my friends that all the IMAX sessions were all sold out as well on opening day.

Going to see if i can catch an IMAX screening this Sunday.

I saw the show on the 16th here in Melbourne. And surprisingly my cinema was only 2/3rds full. Which surprised me, considering it's the mid year break for the universities here. Perhaps, it's because I caught an afternoon show. *shrug*

Also i saw ALOT of kids wagging school to see this lol

School in July?

I expect a great crowd when I go to see it on tuesday. It's an advanced screening here in Ireland, and the tickets were won thru a competition.
