So uh...I realize its probably a BIT too early to be speculating about this considering TDKR is gonna be playing in theatres for the next month or so at LEAST, but I'm still curious.
Questions for you.
1. When do you think the earliest a Dark Knight Trilogy would be announced and/or released?
2. What would YOU want to see included in the collection
(in other words, what would they have to put in it to make you want to buy it)
Me personally: I would LOVE for Nolan and company to somehow incorporate any and all deleted scenes from any of the movies they may have had, in such a way that its like a seamless transition between scenes.
lol I know that wont happen, though I would at LEAST like some deleted scenes from TDKR, specifically Bane's origin sequence
Interviews with cast/crew is always nice. I really also enjoy watching "The Making of..." commentaries where it shows all the behind-the-scenes work that goes into these epic films.
Other than that, what could you really include in a DVD collection? Ideas?
Maybe include a special edition of copy of Batman and Robin? haha cant even say that with a straight face lol
They probably wont have a dvd version that comes with it, those exclusives is usually blu ray only.
The Dark Knight Rises Sizzle - Home Video Release Trailer
ust saw this. I wanna I wanna!
I don't remember some of those Bat shots , maybe its my faulty memory.
No, they're different.
They didn't make final cut for whatever reason. Most likely timing/pace.
Yup , looks like that. In movie trailers that's quite common , home video they already know what made the cut so should be about promoting what is presented there (but they probably grabbed material from the promo works)
What's with all these movies giving away toys? Lol
But they weren't in the trailers either. Nolan said they did change one shot for the home video edition of TDK, but wouldn't give away which one it was (nor has anyone ever noticed which it was).
wow, that fat catwoman is nasty
I'll tell you what it was.
My understanding is that it's when Alfred is burning the letter from Rachel. In the Blu Ray version the shot is slightly different than the DVD version. It's really not that big of a deal.
As for The Bat shots in the sizzle reel, it's content that was edited down for time restraints. Nothing more to it.
Damn, IMAX is a double-edged sword I don't think I'll ever see trailers or set pics of Nolan's next film ever again.
How so? I've never seen the DVD version.
I believe it is just a different take. Nothing is radically different.
It's already being released in Blu-ray and DVD in December.
I think lostzilla probably meant to post that in a Batman porn forum or something.
Because I know the one that I look for in my action figures is sensuality.
You had hoped you would've gotten the Tori Black version, huh?
She did make for an incredible Catwoman.
I think I have a picture somewhere...
