Well here's what I don't understand.

EOnline said the main villain hasn't been announced yet. How would they know? Wouldn't it make more sense to assume that Bane or Catwoman are the main villains, since they've already been announced?

Other than rumors, there has been no indication that the main villain hasn't been announced.

Theres got to be an announcement soon, its been 6+weeks since we've had any official news and we've been bombarded with rumors. WB needs to put the rumors to rest ASAP

Since Gary Oldman said it is an early villain, For Joseph Gordon Levitt, i'm thinking Tally Man, The Monk, Clock King, Ratcatcher, Great White Shark, Tiger Shark, (since he is a gang leader) or Abbatoir. Now these are just lesser known villains, but aren't most of batman's old enemies lesser known?

But I'm putting my money on either clock king or Tally man.
