Has TheShade been on to hear this stuff? I would love for him to just confirm that it's a load of crap

BecomeALegend... It says nothing about my imagination, truthfully.

Any which way you "imagine" Blake coming out as Robin at the very end, when critics everywhere are stating how amazing the last 15 minutes of this film, the sense of it is lost in the lack of a good plot reversal.

If R2ind's spoiler is indeed a spoiler it's even lamer than Ra's Al Ghul using multiple Japanese decoys and calling himself Henri Ducard. Which was extremely lame.

It definitely shows that the R2D2 dude is lying his ass off. I read all of his spoilers and they would make Batman & Robin a better film.

ALTHOUGH....I wouldn't call there being a Ra's al Ghul decoy "lame". The truth would've been said if Bruce agreed to lead the League of Shadows to Gotham.

even if he's revealed [BLACKOUT]as Robin[/BLACKOUT], it doesnt change the last 25 minutes of the film or ppls reactions of what happens to bruce or gotham or the other characters. it might leave u wondering whats in store for gotham in the future....but i think that will always be up to the viewers imagination whether that spoiler is true or not. People need to calm down.

I really dug the reveal in Batman Begins. I wasn't expecting it at all. My mind was blown when it happened.

Who would diss the Ra's reveal? One of the best moments. Geez.

Brazilian lady likes it more than The Avengers.

She said the film received applause at the end. She still prefers TDK, but this is close.

She praised Marion, Anne and said that Bane is the heart of the film.

Fair enough. Honestly the entire debacle is based solely on speculation... It's not that huge of a deal. :woot:

It would've been, sure. But we never got a solid reason for why there needs to be a decoy at all -- they seem to have zero threats within the League and zero trouble getting into Gotham later on -- especially given Ducard appears to do all the talking and all the training. Also no reason given for why the decoy has to be Japanese both times, apart from Ra's is a weird name for an Irishman. (...as is Henri Ducard, frankly.)

The "threat" would've been the "prince of Gotham" possibly ratting out about the League. Taking in Bruce Wayne was a major risk in itself.

Ra's al Ghul is definitely a weird name for someone who's Asian or Irish, but we don't really know what Ra's al Ghul really is in Batman Begins. Perhaps the name was just created because it is Arabic for "The Demon's Head". I mean, Ra's in Arkham City doesn't scream Arabian either.

I think Bats/BW lives and that wide shot of him standing above Gotham that we see in the trailers/tv spots is the final shot of the film. If so, that would be incredible. Killing off either BW/Bats wouldn't be the ideal thing to do with such an iconic character but that's JMO.

I'm sure this has been asked before but..

Is Marion confirmed as Talia?

theShape and Scoop said we haven't seen the final shot.

Is there an official reference to the five dead, 2 of them cops, at the hands of Harvey Dent at the end of The Dark Knight or is that mystery still unresolved?

So I went to the trouble of creating an account on NF just to PM this guy. He posted a spoiler about the end, and he PM'ed me with more details. If you're interested let me know.

His last spoiler post on the thread completely undermined any small nugget of confidence I may have had. I'm not sure what to say about what he PMed me.

The R2D2 guy posted the "ending." I DO NOT KNOW IF THIS IS TRUE, so if you think that there is a CHANCE of him being right, don't click the spoiler.

It ends in a cafe, Bruce Wayne is happy and relaxed. He is done being the Batman. He is with someone... A woman. There is not a word of dialog. She turns her head. It's Salina Kyle. Batman and Catwoman live happily ever after. The End. It reminded me of inception when the kids turn to look at their dad.
[/blackout]

The only thing that makes me think it might be true is the ironic part of Goyer and Nolan discussing the final scene while at a [blackout]cafe[/blackout] and that little similarity.

Thoughts?

Except that both theShape and scoop12 have confirmed that unlike BB and TDK, we have not seen the final shot of the movie. It has not been shown in the trailers or the spots.

As such, we already know that the shot of Batman on the bridge is not the final scene.

I'm not 100% sure, obviously, but I'm pretty damn confident that this a load of crap. theShape or scoop12 can confirm or deny for sure, but this honestly sounds completely bogus to me.

I still think the ending is going to be a tad more ambiguous. I don't think we're going to know the fate of Bruce Wayne. And if we are, I don't think it's going to be like this.

Also... I could be mistaken, but I believe that discussion in the cafe between Nolan and Goyer took place before Nolan is convinced to write in Catwoman. She was never intended to be part of the story initially. So if Goyer and Nolan discussed the ending before they decided to use Catwoman, and Goyer is right in saying the ending remains pretty much unchanged from what they discussed in the cafe, why would Selina Kyle be involved in it at all?

Scoop said he would bet the last shot is in imax, that is bogus.

The last shot is probably an iconic shot of batman, i would guess

I asked her a question(using Google Translate, of course) about if it's better than TDK and she says no, but it's definitely on-par. She does prefer Inception to TDKR, though.
