The dark knight themed Halloween party

Okay, so this halloween i'm throwing a big party for about 45 people. I've decided to tell everyone to dress as there favorite Batman characters.

Myself, well I'm working on a Joker Costume. Since I'm being Joker I figured I would decorate my the inside of the house like what Joker's hideout would look like. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas of what I could do.

Just for fun let's say money is no object.

Anyway heres what I've come up with so far:

1. Remember The scene where Joker hangs one of the copy cat Batman's infront of the mayor's office in TDK? Yea, I'm going to make a dummy batman to prop up in the corner with the joker face paint smeared on just like in the movie. Maybe tie a noose around his neck.

2. Buy a bunch of cheap fake money and strew it around the house. Burn a few of the fake dollars and such. In some corners have potato sacks stuffed with cotton and tied with a money logo painted on them like I just robbed a bank.

3. On the coffee table in my living room I'm going to have a lot of different blue prints of banks and hospitals, pictures of the stars of the movie with Joker graffiti put on all of it like in the viral campaign. They have a big pic of batman in the middle with a big knife stuck in it. (Don't worry the coffee table is old and I'm getting a new one later). Then just spread some blood on all of that.

4. I'm going to have very low light in there like only from a desk light on the coffee table. My walls are white so I thought about getting some white bed sheets and spray painting "Why so serious" and "HA HA HA's" on it. maybe even like the red smile with black eye graffiti stuff.

5. I've got a few iron drum barrels I can set around, maybe paint Axes chemicals on them or something.

6. Then just atmosphere stuff like cobwebs and fog machine. Maybe a dart board with Bats' picture on it lol.

But really if anyone else has any ideas, I'd love to hear them, and would really appreciate the help! t:

PS: Does anyone know where I can DL the Gotham news clips from the viral campaign? I figure I would put that playing on repeat on my tv.

Wow man, i love this idea! I would incorperate some stuff from the animated series comics etc. Like maybe a jack in the box with the joker face on it? Maybe some fake blood splattered around the place. Man, i cant wait for pics!
Also, if anyone is dressing up as batgirl, nightwing,batman, gordon etc. Maybe get pics of them, paste em in random places around the house with the smile and black eyes drawn on them

Yea, I really want to put in more jack and the boxes and such, but I'm the Nolan Joker and don't know how well that would fit. I'll definitely think about it tho.

And yes I'll have plenty of blood strode around.

As for my friends I doubt there will be many astonishing costumes. Most everyone is talking about buying store bought stuff. I'll definitely get photos tho.

I also came up with maybe frame some cheap art and draw joker grins and such on it like the 89 movie.

You should make every room in your house represent a different Batman villain. And you could nickname your party "A Night at the Asylum". Replace light bulbs with colored neon bulbs(purple for the joker room, green for the riddler room, red for two face,blue for penguin). For the two face room you could have one side all neat and the other side all messy and bloody or something. IDK.

Looks to me like you have all your bases covered with all of those great ideas, if you incorporate all or just some of those then it will be a blast of a party Im sure. Well Id love to help give ya some ideas but anything i had to offer you already had in mind. Cant wait for some pics later on afterwards

Thanks for the comments. I might try the arkham thing with all the different rooms. It sounds interesting, as long as I dont run out of time. I'm the biggest nerd there is. lol

As for the batman pics i mentioned earlier, they dont have to be superb costumes, after all, it will only be the face(unless you want a whole body pic).

I could even maybe manip some pics for you if you would like. It would be a fun suprise for you friends to find pics of themselves as batman villains around the house.

I'll see what I can do. I'm a graphic artist myself so I can photoshop'em. But thanks for the offer.

I also had an idea to buy some cheap like Dollar Store Baby dolls and burn there eyes out and cut there mouth off then paint the faces like Joker. Slap on a little fake blood and your done... I know creepy right?

You should get some white cardboard and cut out the words WAYNE MANOR from it. Tape them on the outside of your house above the porch. Maybe then (I'm assuming your a male) dress as alfred to hand out candy. When children ask wheres Batman or Bruce Wayne, just answer "I'm afraid Master Wayne had to work late tonight... as he does every night." Then give just maybe a little grin to the kids or maybe a wink, to get the joke across.

Im not having a party but still decorating my yard, and of course had to incorporate something Dark Knight related into it I think if you were to do the sheets with writing on them inside the house on the walls it would be awesome. Like everyone else im excited to see your pics being as much thought and great ideas you are putting into your party.

Actually I'm going to cover my entertainment center in the living room with some torn up old black bed sheets, then place a few red candles atop it. In between the two candles I'll have the "Why So Serious" Pumpkin. You know from the viral campaign last year:
