The Debates Thread - Part 1

So everyone is expecting Super Bowl level ratings. More so because people are hoping to watch a car wreck for either side, rather it be Trump saying something offensive or Hillary coughing and dying on stage.

Personally, I don't think Donald will do more than one debate. If he "wins", he won't want to risk looking bad at the next win. If he "loses", he'll say it's rigged and the moderators are biased so there's no point.

People love Obama you idiot. They'd take 4 more years of him in a heartbeat. :funny:

Hillary killed with that close.

Trump rambled like an idiot trying to hit as many buzz words with no basis in reality.

He's a psycho. People wonder how dictatorships happen. Look at Trump. His hardcore followers. There's your answer.

See how pissed he looked at the end? Clinton totally kicked his ass.

"Such a nasty woman"

Yeah, that'll go over well

Hillary, you's nasty.

Well, Hillary definitely deserves the nickname "Killary" after that debate performance. And the PBS people are already going after his refusal to accept the outcome of the election.

I've flipped through all the different networks and that seems to be the big talking point.

Mike Schmidt on MSNBC talking about Trump: "He's the old man in the park feeding squirrels".

Somehow that sums it up.

Shoot even Fox News is saying he screwed the pooch by saying he doesn't know if he'll accept the election results.

And that's a wrap guys. Just 2+ more weeks left of this madness!

Calling into question the integrity of our election process is calling into question the integrity of our democracy itself.

It's a truly disturbing accusation and it is, quite frankly, the most un-American thing Trump has said this entire election.

I think Hillary gave the best answer by saying he has a record of thinking everything is rigged against him. Basically attacking the messenger if not necessarily the message.

It'll amount to nothing though, I feel (and certainly hope). He'll have a storm of angry Tweets for a few weeks (and probably anytime Hillary announces something during her term) and maybe he'll try to sue somebody, but I don't truly think he'll call for rioting...

We all know anecdotal evidence is the weakest form but the only people in my Bookface newsfeed that think Trump did well are not what I would classify as "smart" people based on the things I usually see them post.
