Anyone here watches that show ?

Its a BBC crime show with Gillian Anderson and Jamie Dornan.
I came by an interview with bradley cooper @ craig ferguson where
he mentioned that its one of his favorite shows...

So I binged the 1st Season in one day (5 episodes)..

Its brilliant !! :)

And that Dornan guy is one hell of a creep in it...

Just finished watching both seasons, you're right Jamie Dornan is brilliant at playing a creepy (no wonder he got the role for Christian Grey),imo it had shades of The Following in it ( esp during the 2nd half of the season with that Katie chick)

I love this show. I've posted about it in the BBC Shows thread before, but yeah. Anderson and Dornan are both great. It's a shame Dornan will now be known as that "50 Shades" guy.

yeah I have to admit when I first heard he was in this I was like ''oh that guy?'' but he won me over, especially in the 2nd season. I hope he gets more work outside of playing the role of a creeper.

We just finished watching both seasons of this terrific show and marveled at how well it was made, how carefully the plot was put together, how riveting Gillian Anderson and her character were . . . and how hardly anyone has been talking about it!

I was happy to read there will be a third season, and can't wait to see how they continue the story after that abrupt and shocking ending to Season2! Apparently it is one of the very highest rated shows BBC has ever aired in Great Britain!

If you liked The Following or Dexter, you'll most likely enjoy this Belfast-set drama. Check it out on Netflix http://www.netflix.com/search/The%20Fall?jbv=70272726&jbp=0&jbr=0

So i'm binge watching this now and it's superb. It always amazes me how superior British shows are compared to their American counterparts, especiallly since each season is always very short.

Yeah, I also think the short seasons make it perfect for Netflix, because it makes it extra binge-able, lol.

Ugh, I need some Season 3 news, STAT.

I hear it's going into production next month, and will film in December and January.

Just finished this. Anderson and Dornan are both superb. I can't believe this hasn't gotten more attention.

‘The Fall’ Season 3 Adds Cast For Cat-And-Mouse Series’ Final Run

The third and final season of BBC Two’s hit psychological thriller The Fall has just begun shooting in Belfast. Starring Gillian Anderson and Jamie Dornan, the final five-episode run of the drama created by Allan Cubitt will air later this year. Netflix has U.S. rights.

The story picks up immediately from the cliffhanger Season 2 finale as the battle between Detective Superintendent Gibson (Anderson) and serial killer Paul Spector (Dornan) heads towards a “terrifying conclusion” in which the rules of their deadly cat-and-mouse game are set to shift again.

New cast members inlcude Krister Henriksson (Wallander), Aidan McArdle (Mr Selfridge), Ruth Bradley (Humans), Aisling Bea (Trollied) and Richard Coyle (Crossbones).

Colin Morgan will also feature as Detective Sergeant Tom Anderson, with series regulars John Lynch, Valene Kane, Stuart Graham, Bronagh Waugh, and Aisling Franciosi also returning.

Cubitt says, “I’ve been on a very exciting journey over the last five years with Stella Gibson and Paul Spector… and I’m thrilled to have recently started filming the third installment of their macabre, obsessive dance of death. Gillian and Jamie have lived and breathed those characters during that time and I’ve been incredibly well-served as both writer and director by their stellar performances. Obviously I don’t want to give anything away about how the third series will end but I can say that I am looking forward to working with both Gillian and Jamie again in the near future!”

The Fall is created, written and directed by Cubitt, and produced by Fables in association with Artist Studio for BBC Two. It’s produced by Gub Neal and Carol Moorhead. Executive producers are Patrick Irwin and Justin Thomson-Glover for Artists Studio, part of Endemol Shine Group, Stephen Wright for BBC Northern Ireland, Cubitt and Anderson.

Season 2 had a series average of 3.3M viewers and 12.5 share, making it one of BBC Two’s highest performing dramas of 2014. The season finale was watched by 3.6M.

Just finished with S3, for the most part I enjoyed it however I thought the final was a little anti climatic,[BLACKOUT]Anderson and Dornan dont really interact with each other for most of the season my guess is film scheduling (50 Shades sequel and Xfiles/American Gods) conflicted with this series[/BLACKOUT]

I can't believe I wasn't aware of this show until recently. I just burned through Series 1 and 2, and I can't wait to start/finish Series 3.

This show is like a book that you can't put down.

I keep forgetting about this show, I've had it in my Netflix queue for ages. I wanted to see it for Michael McEllhatton.
