The Feel Good Lists: What makes you feel good?

    There are basically two categories of feelings: Good feelings and bad feelings.

    We all experience both but of course its always better when we feel good.

    Its very important to be in a happy state of mind or being as it affects and shapes our lives.

    When you are feeling bad for whatever reason, what things make you feel good?

    I'm not talking about a physical feel good but an emotional feel good unless that physical activity or feel good makes you feel good emotionally.

    Its important to have things to do this because bad feelings can possibly breed more bad feelings.

    In other words what puts you in a good mood?

    List your categories and some examples. Here a few of mine.

    Any CD I own that I haven't listened to in over a year. I recently popped Dwele's first album in my car's CD player, and I remembered how much I loved his super-mellow, jazz-infused, urban-soul sound.

    Also, ice cream. I'm one of those people who can be brought down emotionally by rainy/cloudy weather, but ice cream always picks me up.

    Funny moments

    Nature

    A person you love

    Your favorite music

    Just to name a few. Anyone else.

    By the way, a good piece of Lemon Meringue pie or Banana Cream cheers me up.
