I'd love it too. But it won't be that. They'll take parts from the comic, ultimate comic, cartoon, and others to make this movie. I'm guessing most of it will be Ultimate though.

lerman should great chrisma when he flirts with alba, he was so so in percy jackson but I think that was the script more than anything else as more experienced actors were just as bad in that movie.

Is Logan a kid who would create the Spider-Man outfit? The Web-Shooters? Focusing himself on science? He seems too cool,sophisticated and non geeky enough to do something like that.

Peter is a geeky kid with cool comebacks.

I imagine Logan looking out of place for those sort of things.

Like seeing James Bond cooking and cleaning for example.

Aaron Johnson as Kick Ass is way more Peter Parker than Yelchin as Charlie Bartlett.

Aaron Johnson as Kick Ass is way more Peter Parker than Yelchin as Charlie Bartlett.

Yes, once you get past the complete lack of charisma and wit. Kick-Ass would be a worthy successor to Maguire's shy and uncertain Spider-Man, but not a good fit for the mouthy Ultimate Spider-Man they're going for now.
