The final episode the suite and a three hour movie

Back when Smallville first started miles said himself that the final scene would be him putting on the suite and flying off.

Now alot has changed incuding some of their own rules.

So instead of a quick glimpse of supes in the final scene how about a 3 hour movie, spanning 3 episodes of course.

The story could be about Lex, clark and lois all going to metropolis, Lex has become very powerful and evil, Clark joins the Daily Planet only to see lois already work's there, and he of course get's the job because perry white already knows him.

and the villian could be Metallo, who lex creates.

And another plus could be that they could bring it out on DVD and have it as a proper movie with clips from the pilot to him making the fortress, to some stuff on krypton and his parents saying goodbye which there bound to do in season 6 and then add on the 3 episode final supes arc.

I agree, it would be nice, but it would likely be a no go since it would kinda step on Singer/Routh s toes in the movie arena. I just hope the finale has at least 15 min of him in the suit being "Super"

also, i know supes is strong and all, but can you really imagine him putting on and walking around in a suite all day? what is he going to do, invite people inside to fight? seems odd to me.

Though I always thought SV should end doing Birthright: The Movie (though it would work to much with his dad being dead but still a small thing to work around) I think that would be a great ending to the series and a start to something new if they ever wanted to do a Superman TV show. Because that way we could use SV as a cannon and do it comic style with it be on going.

Nope he starts writing Supermans Sequels Next Year. Logans Run is being put on hold. Singer might just end up simply Producting Logans Run. But hes sticking with Superman in the end

That would be awesome, but I doubt it would happen The writters suck, Al & Milles don't know any about SUPERMAN's legacy .

I think "smallville" should end with Clark leaving Smallville to travel the world, and the actual "series finale" be a two hour movie where he first comes to Metropolis five or so years later.

It would be done similar to how Dawson's Creek ended, with the series finale actually taking place in the future. I think it would be a good way to go.

After all this buildup, seeing Welling in the suit (suite... you guys are funny) for only a few seconds would be a MAJOR let down. That's the whole reason I'm watching this show, to see Clark become Superman, not just put on the tights...

Yeah I agree but I don't see them doing a 3h's movie maybe 2h's.
To me the ideal would probably be to do one movie or a mini-series (HBO which is owned by Warner could do it and they have high standand quality movies with almost movie like effects) based on Superman For All Season, so that way they could use almost all of the actors besides Tom, Michael and Erica. Annette and Kristin could do it and they could have Sam Jones III do a cameo. They would only have to write Jonathan out of it (though John Schneider could be used for the flashbacks of earlier events) and even cast a Jimmy Olsen. No Allison Mack or John Glover (and I really do believe he's gonna be killed by Lex by the end of SV anyway) though...

Let's not forget the cost. I mean, first there's the hotel fees for using the suite, not to mention he should probably pay them back for the damages caused by tearing it off the building and flying around in it.. IT just doesn't seem plausible...
