Nah , i just expect the worse and I'm paranoid.

The thing with my girlfriend was just related to me being a Scream fan and I would scare people for fun. I thought it was funny but admit she almost got one up on me.

Just read that artical. I think the "found footage" method for a Friday The 13th sequel is an awful idea.

Well, I guess the good news is that we'd get another Friday movie. I'm not terribly excited about the "found footage" idea, though.

With so many of those movies out there, I think this would come across as horribly unoriginal. On the other hand, there hasn't been one of these with one of the horror icons (Jason, Michael, Leatherface, etc).

It's the Blair Witch Project style of film making, shooting it as though it's actually happening.

Me either. It might work for Leatherface, but not for Jason.

Completely agree - Texas Chainsaw would probably be a better option ... might even be kind of cool with the whole Leatherface crew.

It might work with Friday the 13th, just seems ... I don't know ... unnecessary.

Found footage for Friday the 13th?
Halloween Ressurrection did a similar thing with that camera and it sucked.
The Texas Chainsaw Massacre is the only that actually fits that idea.
And i'm more interesting to see how the Amityville found footagevtype movie ends up like than this one

A Texas Chainsaw "found footage" film definitely has a chance of working. Though, I think the new Leatherface film sounds good.

I agree, that shooting style would work better for a Texas Chainsaw Massacre film, I mean since the first film and the remake were made in the sense that it actually happened. As for Friday the 13th, I would hope they just "found footage" and went with making a better film out of it lol
