Hi all jokes here, as you all know the annual awards show for all things video games known as The Game Awards hosted by Geoff keighley is happening very soon and each year there are 5 specific video games that stand out from the pantheon of other video games released this year and are chosen as game of the year, some games are good, other......not so much, but these 5 are what show the world that video games are awesome!

Basically i'm gonna list out the nominees this year and have a poll for you guys to choose which game you think or hope will win that honorary title of Game of the Year!

After playing many of these games and a few more I feel Overwatch is my GOTY and do hope it wins. But Dark Souls 3 is a very close second.

I really hope overwatch wins because I think games that start new franchises with new characters deserve a lot more credit than making sequels to already established characters.
