I have one, but not sure where it was from. It was definatley a comic book where this villian (I think it was a female villian...having to do with light or something) got thrown into Arkam. In any case, The Joker cut off her eye lids so that she had to deal with the brightness herself (or something like that). Does this sound familiar to anyone? Does anyone know what comic it was from? This was the first time I actually how evil the Joker was (the cartoons didn't do him justice).
