maybe the haha type is the numbers for the circled letters

the only reason for the hahaha note is because right above it it says maroni is a legitimate business mane

Possibly BUT the setup of the Has is very odd. Perhaps the number of circled Has corresponds to some of the circled words. I think the note looks like a written letter except we have to figure out what words replace the Has.
