I fear that this thread will die very soon, but Hobgoblin is still only Non-Lee villain that I appreciate.

Hobgoblin never fought Harry. Well, Harry used some of the weapons, but never put on the costume. Unless of course you're referring to that pretender, Jason Macendale.

The real Hobgoblin DID however fight Norman Osborn.

Yes, I'm referring to Jason Macendale. I mean, even though he wasn't the real Hobgoblin, it was still cool.

How badass is Hobgoblin? In a word, completely. He was the Green Goblin and the Kingpin all rolled into one delightful, insidious package. The Goblin's madness and surreal look and the Kingpin's stealthy cunning. Truely, one of the forgotten A-list villains. Thank God for Spider-Girl. I guess Marvel hasnt forgotten Kingsley completely.

Kingsley wasn't insane. He was stone, cold sane. Michael Corleone in a costume.

The fact that he flew around on a bat glider and wore a Halloween costume 365 days a year throws that into question, but I see what you are saying.

Kingsley was the best Hobgoblin from what I was told.

The Kingsly Hobgoblin is my favorite Spidey villain, he was introduced when I first started reading Spider-man, so Hobby has a special place in my heart.

Gobby/Norman would've been my favorite but everything that made him special has diminished because of his pointless resurrection. IMO.

Ah, yes. The Hobgoblin. Definately in my top 5 favourite Spidey villains of all time. Such a great visual, and one of the more noteworthy villains Spidey faced as an adversary during much of the 1980's to say the least. Such a great visual too.
