Great photos. But as I said many times before, we need a new trailer pronto lol.

im surprisingly looking forward to seeing Tucci as Flickerman

Why is that surprising??? Stanley Tucci is a rare and underrated talent. I have seldom seen him in a movie where I didn't think his performance was exceptional. In my book, Stanley Tucci is right there with the late J.T. Walsh, James Cromwell, Luis Guzman and David Morse as the best character actors in the business. He is the type of actor that elevates small roles into outstanding performances, sometimes stealing the show but always contributing to a films quality in a very real way.

In fact, I was beginning despair that the Hunger Games was going to be just another teeny movie until they added Tucci, Harrelson and Banks. Once those three joined the cast I was sure The Hunger Games was going to be something special.

Full trailer during the Super Bowl. That's going to be mighty expensive.

It sounds like you've been waiting for someone to talk about Stanley Tucci. :funny:

Got a Big Update People apprently the Hunger Games is getting a SB spot this Sunday and it's not going to be any ordinary TV Spot its actually going to be a 2 1/2 Min Trailer

http://hungergamesdw...owl-commercial/
Where in this link does anything say there will be a new 2.5 min trailer during the SB?

Sound to me like ET is going to premiere a 10 sec clip of a new 30 second SB spot, like every other movie with a SB spot is doing

Tucci did excellent work in Cap as Erskine.

And we also just confirmed it's a new #HungerGames trailer! Not just any old TV commercial :)

LG told Fan Sites it will be a Trailer

Just so everyone is clear, the new trailer is premiering during the PRE-SHOW. Not the actual Super Bowl.

I hope it's online soon after.

it'll probably be online before. usually the pre-show trailers end up online the morning of the Super Bowl before they're on tv

Has there been ANY sequel talk yet, particularly casting?

Catching Fire is filming this summer for release Fall 2013. Writing is in process and the cast and crew are all signed up. JL says they will start filming in July in Hawaii.

I assume you are looking for news about who are being cast as former Hunger Game winning tributes? Nothing new there as far as I know.

I feel like a lot of really good actors get overlooked because they are not built to be leading men and women but are FANTASTIC actors in their own right. If I have an opportunity to give them props I take it. :cwink:

Yes, they begin filming in the summer. Gary Ross, author Suzanne Collins, and the screenwriter of Slumdog Millionaire will contribute to writing the script. Should be good!

Dear god help them. You thought there was a ****ing **** storm of mixed reactions to Lawerence and Hutcherson? Well, that was nothing compared to if they cast someone as Finnick who is nothing short of a man crafted by all the Gods in the sky to play the part. No one will be good enough for that part for the fandom.

You're right. I've heard Ryan Gosling suggested by the fans the most. It'll never happen (nor would I want it to). The diehards are going to get ape **** angry no matter who they cast.

They've mostly moved onto Armie Hammer now too. Ten to one says they'll do the complete 360 they've done with Lawerence and Hutcherson though.

I hope they choose someone less obvious but still right for the role. There are hundreds of actors they have access to, so I'm not worried. Jennifer and Josh look and act perfect in their roles.

Looks interesting from what I've seen about it. Never read the books but might give them a read before I go see this.

ET previewed some new scenes that will be in the new trailer on Sunday. Looks great!

Also, in Entertainment Weekly, director Gary Ross says Donald Sutherland emailed him and begged to play President Snow. Gary says Sutherland was so enthusiastic about the part that he wrote 2 brand new scenes for him that weren't in the book. Exciting!
