Ok guys, HCP is back and better than ever. Why better?

1. I'm not taking part in it this time as the host.
2. We're halfway through the year this time.
3. There are rules to the nominations this time around.

Last time it went on for a while and people suggested the above 3 things. That I shouldn't be in it, that it was only the beginning of the year and that there were no real rules to the nominations.

So I'm looking for 24 creeps. (One round of 3, three rounds of 2 = Four rounds in total)

-You must be nominated by a poster who was here for HCP 2007 (Summer of 2007)
-The nominee must have been here since BEFORE Summer 2007 (Spring '07 is fine)
-You can't nominate yourself
