The "I Like Season 3" Thread

Okay so everyone will have noticed all of the "fans" who have been very vocal with their negative opinions and gripes about Heroes third season, so I thought it was about time that viewers who are happy and contented with this season have somewhere to express that opinion.

Some of the highlights so far...

• Daphne.
• Arthur Petrelli, Linderman and the whole Pinehearst saga.
• Plausible explanation of powers.
• Claire's showdown with Doyle.
• Matt and turtle.

To name but a few, now it's you guys turn.

I liked Ando's Racist Remark.

I think the season is going pretty well, I just wished they continued with some of the unfinished story linese, like the paintings, Catlian, etc from season 2. But, I can over look that.

It's because to be a fan, you must overlook/ignore it's shortcomings.

You can't start out a positive thread with negativity. It won't work. Two negatives make a positive in math, not in communications. Now you have baited the people who come here to gripe, and tarnished what could have been a bastion of positivity amid... well... you know what the Heroes Forum looks like. If you had kept it above board then your desire to speak well of the show would have been without reproach.

That said, I'm glad that some people are able to enjoy the show to the fullest. There are a couple things I've liked about the season, and now is as good a time as any to bring them up.

HRG and Sylar as a team working for the company is really great. There's a LOT of history there, and their interactions are layered.
Steven Canfield was awesome.
They finally made Nathan President.
I like Knox. He's got potential.
I loved that shot of those four villains side by side in Angela's Precog dream. Just seeing them together. It was epic.
The scene where Angela 'fed' Sylar. THAT was creepy.
Claire and the train was such an awesome moment.

There... I've managed to post my highlights without griping. Give me a cookie.

I really like this season so far, and I think it is going to lead up to something really epic (Volume 4 sounds interesting...)

I like Tracy. I think her character is very interesting, and despite what people think of her, she's awesome.

Knox is another one of my favorites, I just like his power and his character for unexplained reasons.

And really, Maya's not bad. I think she was a very realistic character and I hope she doesn't get killed off too soon. Her character should develop some purpose (that's shown on screen)

The promos of this weeks episode makes me excited.
Arthur/Peter interaction is intense. I hope we get more of it.
Claire/Peter working together agian.
Syler/Peter teaming up.

Despite this being an appreciation thread I would just like to point out that there is nothing wrong with have some complaints (as the post above), it's only when we have nothing but complaints we get into "fan" territory.

We really don't need fanboy war threads. A gripes thread is valid. Everyone has something they don't like. Furthermore it is to discuss flaws in the general story. We don't need a thread to talk about how "The haters need to stop drinking their hateraide cause season three is teh pwnz."
