Hey SK, what would you say is your hype level for this movie based on what we know right now?

I would say what we have seen but that isn't very much so there is no point in getting into that yet.

I'm actually going to go out on a limb here and say that this movie is gonna be as different for the general audience as the first and will make similar numbers, and also be just as shockingly good and different.

IT's not set up yet. Many of these big myspace site are saved early on to prevent someone else from taking them. Then they just sit there waiting to be juiced up. It's not like a regular site where it wont' go online till you're ready. You have to save the name and therefore you'll have a plain vanilla site. They also probably don't want to attract too much attention to it until it's ready. The Iron Man one can be seen fully with firebox or modzilla but not explorer yet.

I must admit that the lack of anything is a bit disturbing. I did some research and here’s what I found, Spider-man opened on May 3, 2002. The Hulk teaser trailer was attached to it. On December 10, 2002 Universals Official Hulk site opened. I seem to remember everyone was wondering if that was him standing on the bridge. I’m not sure when we got the first full image of O’l Greenskin but I’m pretty sure it was before the Super Bowl Trailer. I think we had the poster before December 10 though. The new official opened a few months ago and it doesn’t have anything, not even a message board. Today is December 11 and I’m starting to agree with though who say, Give us some shots of the hulk now.

I searched HM.com but couldn’t find anything for the first picture. I remember getting pix of the filming, similar to the ones AD posted. Guys holding a Hulk head on a stick, Army guys pointing guns up at nothing and the description of the fire truck scene that got cut for some reason. We also had the toys. The Hulk on top of the tank and the smashing out of the cage Hulk. I remember Scandy, Nivek or maybe it was Breck that was trying to scale the size of the hulk from the toys. Not to add insult to injury, but today is Dec. 12. It is odd, though, isn't it. Almost bizarre even. Marvel surely knows that we're restless, but not even a hint of things to come? Nothing to tide us over? Ah well, I'm still fine with it, really. I think we're creating all of the anticipation here and Marvel could be completely oblivious to it.

You guys do NOT want crap leaking out do ya? Let Marvel shock and awe is with an awesome trailer. After the trailer comes out we'll have a load of screen caps and gifs to enjoy for some time. 6 months is a long time and they have quite a bit of post production work to do. Let them get it right. It's funny how people complain when a product is rushed, and then turn around and complain when they can't get it soon enough. Just wait.

I can wait AD. Honestly, I can. I'm not one of these fans who are beating down the door. I think as you do that, when things finally are released, people's hands won't be able to type fast enough. I just think it's a little bizarre that we're not even getting a pulse on a release date for the trailer. I picture a radar screen that continuously scans for TIH but comes up blank. At the very least, don't you think they could make that sort of announcement?
