I'm actually thinking about getting this costume soon, I missed being the Joker this Halloween and would like to get it now since it "may" be a little cheaper and they might have it in stock.

Does anybody have it and if so, tell me all about whether you love it or you got your money back!

Im with you art damage. I was never able to find one of these damn costumes in time for halloween and trying to piece a custom together from ebay was just way to expensive. So if anybody out there has this costume please let me know the pros and cons of this because i 2 am looking to get one.

Rubies is and always will be a costume company, that means their materials never get much more advanced than that smooth silky cape-like stuff. I doubt that any of the pieces of that costume are real anything. Shirt, coat, vest, tie, pants.

I really recommend the RedBalls Joker coat, you will NOT regret it. 200 isn't bad for something this high quality. I wear it around and it always gets attention. just piece together the rest as best you can, rubies is a WASTE of money.

Dont waste the money on this. Ive seen one first hand. Its just a cheap costume thats WAY overpriced.

Personally, I would advise against it. Even though it's higher quality than Rubies' other "standard" Joker costumes, I think the $160 or so could be put to better use by piecing together your own Joker costume from thrift store finds, eBay, etc. You might have to sacrifice some screen-accuracy to stay within your budget, but the costume would be better overall quality.

But in case you wanted some more info, here is what the GH Joker costume looks like in person: http://www.youtube.com/user/icky2unk

Well I appreciate the comments guys and BLU8, I've actually seen that video before and the only real complaint I had with the costume is that the shirt underneath looks more of a faded gray instead of the blue color it is in the film.

I still think that getting an thrift store or ebay suit might be a pain in the long run. Now ShadowBat, you've seen the Grand Heritage right? I remember talking to someone about this and they told me how terrible of an idea it was to get it...when they were just thought I was talking about the standard like...40 dollar one. I think it looks pretty cool and the inside red fabric underneath the purple coat is a plus for me. I can just go get the blue shirt from Hot Topic since they still sell it online I believe.

If I do get it from Ebay, anyone know any good links?...and does anyone have anything positive to say about this costume yet?!

Hot Topic is sold out their blue & grey shirts online, but they still have the purple & grey one in stock on their website: http://www.hottopic.com/hottopic/st...T<>prd_id=845524442186811&bmUID=1229497404556

If you do pick up one of these shirts, I'd recommend getting it a size larger than you normally wear, as they're cut a little tight. I normally wear a size Large, but the Extra-Large blue & grey shirt fits me fine.
