yeah, which is ; making more money off of us via an unnecessary sequel, selling out after big claims of "yeah no sequel, this is a standalone, standalone, it's a standalone, integrity? What? Yeah I have that lololol ", and, again, tainting that nature of the first film.More like very. Obviously they may not do what we as fans want them to do, they're going to do what they want to do.
I'm simply saying I don't see it working UNLESS they were to take that angle. It doesn't have to be a full adaptation but the basic gist of it here and there could've worked. Now, idk how they'll do it . Some things that were left up to interpretation in the first movie would HAVE to be answered, once again ruining that aspect. But maybe not ... After all, Blade Runner 2049 never really did answer that whole "Deckard is a replicant" thing .
I just ... It really depends on what they do. But either way, it's a sell-out. And yes, I know he went through a lot to get this made, but his supposed "vision" from the very beginning was, again, for this to be a one-off.
