The Joker Thread - Part 1

Got a... Taste for the theatrical, like you, leaves a calling card.

Cut to a Jack Russell Terrier slathered in clown makeup exiting a bank and urinating on the nearest fire hydrant.

Seemed like a one deal paycheck role to me. Not to say he was bad (he was very good), but it seemed pretty clear that's what is was. He had instagram for the entire promotion time and deleted the moment they moved on.

Aaaarrrghhhhh. They should still bring him back though, and if anything they should keep it a mystery as to who it is under the helmet (as a nod to say, Daniel Berkhart or Francis Klum for instance).

Lol He didn't delete it. It's still there and he still constantly posts back and forth with Tom Holland and the rest of the Far From Home cast. It's obvious he enjoyed the experience.

I hope the next Joker has multiple outfits like Leto did. That's one of the things I liked about that version

I think Jared Leto is honestly my least favorite celebrity. But he has some talent and he could’ve really made a wonderful TDKR style Joker. Something more subdued and less frantic. Cold, calculating, and sinister. His performance in Blade Runner 2049 was reminiscent of TDKR Joker to me.

I totally forgot he was in BR 2049. Gonna have to give that another watch soon.

He had potential. But it seems like he's permanently out now, so I guess we can only hope that we'll get another shot at a shared-universe Joker soon.
