Can we guestimate how many people the Joker killed, directly or indirectly, per scene?

I want to compare him to other villains.

Bank Robbery- 1 directly, 4 indirectly
Mob meeting- 1
Gambol's hangout-1 directly, 2 indirectly
Judge Surrillo, Commissioner Loeb
Brian Douglas (the fake batman)
probably 2-4 cops in the chase scene
At least 5 MCU cops
Rachel
Lau
cop at hospital
probably some people in the hospital.

Thats at least 22-24 people, I'm sure I am leaving out some.

I guess you could in a way say he was partially responsible for Two Face's death also

Are we counting the two murders Gordon mentions at the end of Batman Begins (armed robbery, double homicide)?

hmmm....

-last clown thug at bank
-pencil trick volunteer
-lau
-cop while as a nurse
-gambol
-another cop while in truck

The guy with the cellphone bomb in his stomach and the cops in the station.

I think he had the Chechen killed and Gordon said there were 50 unaccounted after Gotham General blew up. So that could be anywhere from 0-49 since Harvey was one of the 50.

And we're left to guess what happened to Mike Engel.

Hmm... I'll have to bring a pencil and paper the next time I see it. Actually, make that a pen and paper. I have this irrational fear of pencils now.

There's the fake Batman with the Joker card stabbed into his chest that says "Will the real Batman please stand up?" or is that the same "Brian Douglas" guy that bkey mentioned? I can't remember what he says his name is in that tape.

Thats Brian Douglas

That's at least what...close to about 50 kills? That's siiiiicccck.

Engel survived. He was one of the hostages in the building. In fact, he was the one Batman unmasked.

I'm not sure if the Abomination had any confirmed kills. Or even Luthor in Returns. But I'm a bit biased at the moment, so my memory's blurred.

Missed that, cool, something new to look for next time I see it.

Letterrier said that the Abomination killed people in the movie so I'd put his body count somewhere around 10-20 people, but not a heck of a lot. He was just throwing people around. Still, the Joker has had some of the best kills I've ever seen in a new movie.

"He said WHY SO SERIOUS and....well, why so serious?"

Well, other than the soldiers in that one SUV, I didn't notice any kills.

Dude, he was tossing people around. Do you seriously believe that many people are going survive being tossed around on concrete by a 13 ft tall monster?

Seriously, I think the Hulk killed more people in that movie than the A. People can and do survive falls.

It just wasn't as definitive like in TDK.

What about the policeman talking to the semi driver and the Joker popped up and iced him. +1
