Well i don't know if there is a thread about this already but i did my research
on the jokers offenses on whysoserious.com and here is what each set means...

415 - Disturbing the Peace
594 - Vandalism
602 - Trespassing
136.1 - Drug Offenses
528 - Theft
422 - Assault
207 - Kidnapping
203 - Assault
220 - Forcible Rape

The codes are from a 1993 book though.

Rape has always been debated...Killing Joke...not gonna get into it now, but some argue he raped Barbara, some argue he didnt...I think either way would work for the character in that instance...

The lack of murder, when we know he has committed a "Double Homicide" makes me question the relevance though.

Perhaps the codes are different now, remember this is from 1993. I don't know how much these codes have changed since then.

Yeah I'm sure murder should be on there too. Maybe it hasn't been put on there yet, but that would also be stating the obvious.

When I think The Joker, I think the most horride person to ever walk the face of the earth. He gives no care about anyone or anything. Murder, rape, assult, kiddnapping, ect. In my own personal life, I've found Murder and Rape to be completely unforgivable. To add such carelessness for life to the depiction of The Joker makes him the worst being alive. For The Joker, that works and I'm glad that's the image of him they want to get out. As long as he's so evil and heartless, I'll be happy to see him on screen having Batman doing all he can to stop him. I want to hate The Joker (in the sense of him being a bad guy) and I want him dead. Though, I don't want him to actually be killed off, just emotional-wise.

well it was already said in batman begins that he comitted double homicide, but still strange its not listed here
