The Killing Joke on South Park

[The Joker]

In South Park's 201st episode they did a huge reference to the Killing Joke. Scott Tenerman (the kid who Cartman had eat his own parents) has ginger kids bring him Cartman into a chili con carnival, as he sits on a pedestal with a cane, then puts Cartman through a carnival ride (with the gingers) that has a bunch of screens of Tenerman mocking him.

Aside from the throne shot, they showed at least three angles of the rollercoaster ride passing video screens that mirrored TKJ.

The car that Cartman sat in also had a goofy-looking face on the front, like the car that Gordon was forced into in TKJ.

It was nice little homage for Bat-fans, but it wouldn't have detracted from the episode for the people who didn't know what it was riffing on.
