Sony held their annual PlayStation Experience event in Anaheim, California. Let’s go over the coolest announcements.The biggest announcement by far has to be The Last of Us: Part 2 Naughty Dog finally confirmed that they’re making a sequel to their critically-acclaimed survival game. It takes place five years later, with a 19-year-old version of Ellie still travelling with Joel, only this time, she’s hellbent on revenge against an unknown group of people. The game’s creative director Neil Druckmann says that since the last game was all about love in a post-apocalyptic setting, they decided to go in a darker direction and make this one about hate. There’s no release window yet for The Last of Us: Part 2, but Druckmann says it’s a ways off.

It was quite an emotional experience game 1. So much so that even though I don't want children the game made me realise if I ever did I'd want a daughter.

It's a grey zone. He had nothing but selfish intentions in doing it. He simply couldn't stand to lose another daughter, and be alone again. But the Fireflies and their "for the greater good" high horse was disgusting.

The irony is that if they'd actually asked Ellie if she'd be okay with it, I bet you she'd gone along with it.
