Fox made a big mistake making wolverine THE guy in the franchise...

If anything, he shouldve been the guy who steals the show.

Jack Sparrow, Han Solo, they didnt need to be the main character of the story, yet they're both more memorable then will turner and luke skywalker. Making logan the establishment just took his edge away.

But thats just me...

i agree. The Jack Sparrow potc is a perfect example.

I mean, even in the comics he has had alot of attention specifically all geared towards him, but hes not always the main focas, and doesn't take away from other characters (in a outofcharacter way for him [x3 logan]) stories.

he may be the one with the most action figure variants and the one used to promote everything and be on the cover of every issue, but doesn't mean the actual stuff inside is all about him.

I always thought Jack Sparrow WAS the main character?

But Han Solo is a beautiful example. I loved Hugh Jackman's portrayal of Wolverine, but it just got to the stage where I hared him in the end.
He just ended up replacing all the other characters. It was annoying

He just ended up replacing all the other characters.

Except for a speech that he shouldn't have given in X-Men: The Last Stand, and his barking out orders to "hold this line", I never felt that at all, one single bit, at any point throughout the entire trilogy.
