I'm not an artist, but I had some fun using the DCUO to create some variations on The Mandarin through various time-periods.

That's pretty cool. Interesting takes on the original and 90's cartoon Mandarin especially.

I tried DC Online when it first came out. Did similar thing to make a Judge Dredd, Rio Blast from He-man and TexHex from Bravestarr.

I always thought the green skin made him look really sinister. I like other looks, but the green skin and armor gives him a reptilian/alien overlord vibe.

I never thought much about his green skin at the time. I was just a kid and thought he was meant to look like that. Apparently that was a trend with asian bad guys in 90's cartoons was to make them green. Play up the dragon motif I guess.

The Dragon Seed Saga Mandarin is easily the best visual representation of the character. Mandarin always looked best with a big Hanfu with long sleeves. Makes him more similar to the classic Wuxia villains.

I found this pciture online: a doll constructed from Ripclaw, Iron Fist, Zemo, and Morbius.

They did an amazing job. It looks much better than the actual Mandarin doll, despite being essentially a Frankenstein.
