Hey,
Just thought I'd let you guys know that I got back from Costco with a new book from Marvel, called The Marvel Vault. Unlike previous books Marvel has done which give the history of Marvel Comics, this one packs special "rare collectibles" within plastic pages...all of which can be removed from these special pages. These include reproductions of original drawings from 1941(Submariner), postcards from 1956, the original synopsis for Fantastic Four by Stan Lee, the "Merry Marvel Marching Society Welcome Kit," a miniature program for the first Marvel Comic Convention (1975), a Howard the Duck Campaign Button (1976), Marvel Value Stamps, a Marvel Visitor Pass, a Stock Certificate, a menu from the Marvel Restaurant, and pencil sketches for Origin. There are some other items..but, I was jacked that Marvel used this original idea and let their readers see some stuff they only heard about before.
Not sure if you can find it cheaper..but, this 192 page book is selling at Costco for 27.99. Hope some of you will enjoy it as much as I am.
