it sucked, lets face it. its the ultimate fanboy tale, except these fanboys are ones that get to live part of their dreams: theyre already comic book writers. now they want to live out the other part: actually being the hero.
i didnt like the second part of the story -- the fact that the cheesiness was cancelled out by it being a pitch to his editor and not a real battle doesnt matter, i still cringe at the way spider-man, wolverine acted and how there were giant spider robots.
his costume and powers seem generic and i don't like them
and i found it neither funny nor engrossing as something deeper.
i actually thought the first part warranted a "meh" and thoughts of giving it a go, but the second rendition and put together as a piece -- no way.
wouldnt even recommend it to kids - why would i make a child live through a fanboy comicbook writers wet dream when there's young avengers/ runaways: civil war tie-in #1 out there??
i hope i never havta see this guy again. urgh.
^^ so,um... i didnt exactly dig it, no...
lmao
