The Mattress Thread: Serta, Seely, and Purple Stuff!

So I'm also in the market for a new mattress and I've been looking on Amazon at these mattresses in a box. I see Purple, Layla, and Bear are very popular. But I'm concerned about longterm use.

I think I've bought 2 mattresses since college. One from Sears, the other from Sleepy's (now Mattress Firm).

I think the latter one was a Serta/Sealy and it wasn't inexpensive. Then again, this was a king size mattress. Didn't buy the box spring.

Ive been thinking of getting the Zinus Great Tea from Amazon. It has good reviews, isn't expensive. I should have bought one already, truth be told.
