WTF!! I can't believe noone started a thread about this before! :argh: One of the best shows on tv! Anyway, just to get things started for those who watch it, do you guys think he's psychic or really observant? There's no way anyone can be that observant.

Great show. I haven't watched any of the new season yet, but it's on my list.

He's really observant, and cheats to appear psychic. It's what he's been doing all of his life, and he's good at it.

actually someone did :woot: but I'll close the other one since it's a old one

What?!? Where is it? Dude I searched the forums and couldn't find it.

The latest episode was great. Glad to see a part of Patrick's carnie life.

I love this show. Probably my favorite show on Thursday's if not my current fave show of all. Baker has always played the character of Patrick Jane brilliantly. From his witty lines to his inner struggle of apprehending the man who killed his wife and child and the pain it brings him. I've never been bored with an episode because the cases are usually interesting, especially when Jane picks apart everything or wings it alone by taking risks.

The Red John mystery is great too. And if you've been watching since the beginning like I have you'll notice the huge debate over who he is no matter where you go. Forums, youtube, etc. This has played off really well when the eps center around him and the smiliey faces, leaving clues, or always being one step ahead of Patrick. So many suspects...But I'm in the band wagon of it being [BLACKOUT]Brett Partridge.[/BLACKOUT]

Great ep on Thursday. Jane pretending to be shot was another one of his great tricks. :awesome: Looking forward to next week and what's happend to Kristina.

You did click on the link that I left? Last one was in 2008

That thread only had like 5 posts in it so it doesn't count. :o This one will have a lot more if I have to post to myself. :argh:

Anyway, I'm betting Red John is someone on the force he works with and for some reason Simon always looks over him.

I don't think he's psychic. He is exactly what the name of the show is...a Mentalist. Howard Stern has had real mentalists on the show before and they come off psychic but they just know how to trick the human mind into thinking it's psychic-like.

I got hooked on this show about a year ago when a friend let me borrow the DVD's and then I jumped on with the regular episodes. This season is all right so far. The latest episode was pretty good with his brother in law making an appearance and it kind of gave more of a look into Jane's past. Plus it had a cameo from that bearded guy from Lost. :woot:

I want to see some more Red John hunting. :cmad:

New episode tonight and noone posts anything! :argh: Forget you guys!

WTF did he do her?

They are building Red John up to Moriarty levels. Both of them are going to have to fall off a cliff.

I think she actually is dead and Jane was using her own thing to speak to her. I think Red John is someone on the force with him.

What? There's no mystical mumbo jumbo on this show. He just broke her down until she went looney tunes. Good ep. Always good to see Malcolm McDowell.

Surprised to know you watched the show Anubis. I don't know why but just felt like this show wouldn't interest you.

Oh and when he spoke to her, noone else saw her speaking only Jane. If you notice, when she finished speaking with him, she was smiling. He cut the candle off, looked behind him and and she had the same blank look on her face so some how he spoke to her but noone else saw it.

Loved Thursday's ep. I thought (based on the preview the week before) that Red John had done something worse to Kristina. But I was happy with the end result...It was almost poetic. With Jane bringing in the candle and using Frye's method of "calling upon the spirits" to talk to the now "dead" Kristina Frye who's mind has been damaged and broken down.

Also nice to see McDowell back again.

I don't think she actually talked. As you saw when he spoke to her, she was smiling but turned around to look at his co workers, she never even moved or spoke so I think it all happened in his head or for a moment we saw what he sees.

This weeks episode was pretty good. I am definitely echoing the thoughts that Red John may be someone that Jane knows on the force or someone that is always close by.

What did that guy said to Jane at the end of the episode? Rewind it again and again and can't figure it out.

Please?

I tried also! You'd think they would have had it in closed caption. WTF!!! :argh:

Well they didn't last night. I tried but couldn't cut it on to save a burger and fries for my life!

If you can see which company that does the CC then send them a complaint, usually it shows/says in beginning or at the end

So no one heard what the guy said?

Sorry bro. You are as lost as a chicken looking for his brothers in KFC. You can look all you want but won't like the results. :csad: If you find out, can you let us know? Seriously, I rewinded it like 20 times but couldn't figure it out.
