I'm sure it'll be fine, but one of Tomasi's strengths is using the DC universe to great effect. Why stick him on a series where he doesn't have that?

Yeah it's his and Champagne's own pet project. Sounds decent. I mean let's be real, do you really envision yourself buying that much else from DC in that month?

Not really, but that's money that can go toward video games or paying my rent or something instead. I really have no desire whatsoever to read this. I wish I did because I like Tomasi, but I don't.

Ironically, now that I'm actually concerned about how much I'm buying, I've ended up purchasing multiple copies of the same comics on several occasions. I never used to do that, but lately it's happened with Booster Gold, Star Trek Legacy, and a couple others. I really gotta start checking through my stack more carefully before I go to the register.

I duno, I thought Light Brigade sounded boring but Tomasi made it a good little series - I'm willing to give this a shot.

I'll give Tomasi a few issues to sell me, but if it's anything like his GLC or Nightwing, it'll only take 1.

However, if it's like his Magog 1shot...then who knows.
