Thank you for the well wishes. I just heard on 4 (local news) that 300/500 are accounted for but 200 (not exact) are missing. It is really smokey here and wind is supposed to kick up overnight. Everyone has been incredibly helpful, the temp shelters are turning donations away from so much support.

Hopefully most of those are people who just haven't checked themselves off the list, I sure hope so... smokey here, too, and I'm miles away. Hard to breathe and no sun today. Schools closed, must be so much worst where you are!

My Sister's Fiance is one of the firefighters fighting the fire in CA. I'm glad he's not run into any trouble or anything, but my sister is understandably stressed out of her mind, especially as she's currently carrying his child. He doesn't seem to be in the thick of it, but he's still out there risking his life.

It's a hell of a fire out there. Those firefighters are working their asses off. Hopefully the winds/weather helps them out.
