The New Figs you broke thread...

Well, of course its old news that my baron zemos left arm broke soon as i pulled him out of the package.


Well today i was looking at my new additions (the rest of ML14) and i picked up FA IM and tried to gently move his left arm. Well IM no longer has a left arm.

Now I have developed a fear of touching any more of my ML14.

Also, longshot is loose as **** and he'll probably break too.

My McFarlane Robocop had the left arm fall off the moment I tried to move it.

My Play Arts FFX Auron's left leg fell off at the knee when I tried to movie it.

Mine did the same thing.. so did his right arm

I had to get a replacemet shipped to me, though his arm is still loose his leg is okay.

I just stuck mine back on and he stands fine with his base clip thingie.

The ones of mine that I broke were mostly MacFarlane ones. My sentinel from the youngblood line right arm snapped right off when he decided to tumble off the shelf. Dutches arm gun thing is missing a peg from when it fell. And Medieval spawn 1 sword is nearly snapped at the handel from a fall.

None of those are new but still......

the side of My ML1 Iron man popped off.. I keep crazy gluing it back on but it doesnt stay for long...

and the piece inside of giant man's leg keeps coming loose :/

my ML1 IM took a plunge off my top shelf and both arms poped off. the way tha t fig is made is the arms are actually connected inside his torso. so if one arm breaks, so does the other one. and the little disk thingie on the side (which i think is the thing you're talking about) broke as well on either him or another Series 1 IM i have. Anyway, ez hooked me up with another IM so at least I still have another in great condition.

Seeing as how I've already had two of my ML14 figs break, I'm really hoping that hasbro has better quality control. I really hate complaining about my figs, cause i'm just happy enough to have them, but two figs out of the 6 breaking just isn't cool. i hope the plastic gets better. luckily IM broke in a way that it should be easy to glue back, but i'm gonna do it later when i get his final resting place in my house b/c i know i'll forget about it break it off during a move or something.

My X-Men boxset Rouge's left hand broke off about 5 seconds after I got her out of the package.

Also, the lightsabers to a lot of my Star Wars figures like to snap off, mainly the ones I got after Episode 2 came out.

just that his crotch area broke, it seems to be a common problem from reports over at fwoosh
but he's since been replaced by the new XMC iceman, which is way better

yeah i still have him. but i'm probably gonna hold on to him. he's arms will stay put if i don't screw with him. if i move a arm then they'll pop out, but for the most part, is perfectly displayable still as long as i don't mess with him much. if he takes another fall and becomes completely useless to me, i'll let you know. but i need the sculpt for my IM shelf, avengers shelf, and maybe my actual marvel legends shelf, the one with the main and my fav heroes.

angel was like the only one i didn't see today. i know one WM near me had the variant and a regular one sunday night. but they're probably gone. but i honestly wouldnt be suprised if i see more later this week though. i think the mojo wave is getting held now for some reason. maybe some last minute changes or something or i dont know. i hope they're not waiting too long to release them, hell, they have to give some time for the MODOK wave which i'm looking forward more to getting. plus, i already have the mojo wave I wish i could cancel my TRU mojo set though, maybe they'll cancel it for me.

if you would have jumped me the other day for my variant angels leg, i would have given it to you. but i saw BP and spidey and variant cyclops so i got them bringing me up to 9 sentinels.

you know i still have one angel leg to send you still right? just so you know.

Damn. I shoulda mentioned it sooner. And honestly it doesn't matter which one it is because I'll toss him in the fodder box. So messed up paint aps are OK, aslong as I can get the Sentinel leg.
