good figs, but i still REALLY wish they'd have given them a wash. they look horridly cheap in person.. and that florescent orange/red was a massive mistake.

Yeah, that was when Hasbro hadn't learned what paint detail was yet. A little shading would do wonders for those. I don't mind the Bucky as much, but still... Could be better. It is frustrating when the Marvel Universe versions have more detailing than the Legends. At least Hasbro has gotten a little better over time.
Besides the bright paint, they do do a good job of representing that 40's look. They'll be nice when eventually displayed with 1st app. Thor, 1st app. Iron Man, and 1st app. Hulk.

The guy I bought Silver Savage from also had a Spiral variant end at the same time. He asked me if I wanted it for $39.99, and I said hell yeah! So I got Silver Savage and Spiral, to go along with Black Costume Spider-Man and Adam Warlock. I am bidding on a Wolverine variant, and then all I need is Union Jack. This is one wave I definitely don't mind completing, cuz every figure is pretty awesome in this wave. Definitely my favorite from hasbro.

Hopefully they are poseable enough for you.. Those DC Direct figures can be pretty stiff. Those do look awesome though. DC Unlimited is coming out with a TDKR Batman as well which will be fully articulated.

Man, nothing in this wave is cheap. That's a pretty good deal you got. Unfortunately, with this wave and especially the Ares wave, there just aren't that many listed, so the few on there are getting ridiculous prices. If I wanted to get the Yellow Wolverine, I was looking at about $75.00, so I;m going for black for $30... Union Jack fetches at least $50..I was looking for a Guardian this week, there was only one with the BAF piece, and it was $115.00 !!! That's nuts. One just came on that I can bid on, but the starting bid is $75.00 Ares wave is going to break me.

idk man... i mean, he was INCREDIBLY hard to find at the time. Problem is.. now no one wants him. Since there's already a ML and DS fig FAR superior

Red Hulk Wave is now done. Won a Wolverine and just bought a Union Jack. Believe it or not, I'm going to take a few weeks off from buying figures. Want to save some dough in preparation for the Ares Wave. I want my next purchase to be Crossbones and Guardian.

He was selling for $150.+ loose last month. It is a pretty nice figure, really the only one besides Conan and Pitt that I really want from that line... Well, Madman too.
