Me and my cousin have been discussing this for a while, and the following is the conclusion we came to.
Director: David Fincher (Barring conflict with "The Girl" trilogy.), Darren Aronofsky (Has already been attached to Batman previously.)
Batman: Bradley Cooper (Not too far off from Bale, has the looks to pull off both the playboy, Bruce Wayne, and the physique and deep darkness to play the Bat.)
Alfred: John Cleese (Possibly the closest in looks and personality to the comic book version alive.)
Gordon: My pick was Bryan Cranston, his pick was Viggo Mortensen.
Fox: My pick was Dennis Haysbert, his was Idris Elba. Neither of us was satisfied with our picks.
Selina: Emiiy Blunt (Had been attached to the role previously.)
Possible additions:
Oliver Platt as Bullock
Bob Hoskins as Penguin
Ryan Gosling as Riddler
Paul Giamatti as Scarface & Ventriloquist
Logan Lerman as Robin
