The Next Harrison Wells

I had a crazy idea for the next Harrison wells. I am not sure if this idea has been said before but if it has I am sorry. Because the the original Harrison wells only serves the purpose of giving Eobard Thawne his new look. What about if Barry used his new found power from season 4 (bringing people into his speed force) and make a time remnant of the original Harrison wells to have as the new permanent Harrison Wells. And although I like the new Harry each season idea, I do not like it at the same time because I become attached to this character only to have him taken away or killed off every season. Please comment and say if you like this idea.
