Because Dew sometimes stumbles upon something that is pretty cool.

This is a fun little way to learn something about the night sky. It is pretty quick, so don't get scared :)

Say hi to Betelgeuse for me

I identified the correct star out of 600. I rock. :word:

yeah if it wasn't overcast, I would go out and try to do it in real life...of course I live in the LA area. I doubt I will see many stars of the astronomical type

That's pretty cool. Too bad my sky is too cloudy to try it for real.

The big dipper was the hardest one for me to keep finding. Orion was a piece of cake. I always thought the most visible planet to the human eye was Venus though.

I think Venus is the most consistantly visible

i dont understand the north thing and Polaris

Orion's belt is soo easy to find...but the big dipper is so elusive. But when I look at a real sky...the big dipper is the first thing I find. i suck at internet.

Here in London, we only get to see a few stars a night. :(

Finding out which stars are which isn't that hard. you know what to click on when the cursor changes to the white hand with the index finger pointing out.

This is fun, but hovering your mouse over the stars makes it kinda easy...

I changed my icons, so my "white hand" is Dr. Doom's glove :)

My cursor is Quicksilver running and my waiting cursor is Havok blowing stuff up :)

And, sure you can cheat, but that is not any fun

That was surprisingly fun. Nice find, Dew.

I'm glad you guys are enjoying this. It really is a nice site
