Arrow The number of arrows do not add up and more arrows

Ok this might not be very important, but im just curious. So in an episode in season a bad guy whi kidnapped laurel said arrow carried 24 arrows and darts. So i've been looking closing at arrow even since. He carries three small darts on his left forearm and three small darts on his right leg. So that's six darts which leaves us with 18 arrows in the quiver. NO WAY the small quiver oliver carries fits 18 arrows. Or can it? Even if it does, he never carries more than 8 to 10 arrows in his quiver. I also think that oliver needs a bigger quiver to fit more arrows. Your thoughts?
