It's unfortunate though. Just because Hulk isn't getting solo movies shouldn't restrict his supporting characters from showing up, especially someone as cool as Thunderbolt Ross.

Even the Hulks enemies like Glenn Talbot and Absorbing Man have been relegated to Agent's Of Shield villains.

I think it is possible that with Banner possibly losing control in AoU and Shield/the Avengers not being in a position to protect him that he will become a fugitive again.

Age of Ultron 10AI is part of the prelude collection which awesome. One of the best Hank Pym character issues ever.

Lang's origin in Marvel Premier 47/48 is a given seeing as we know the film is a lose adaptation of that comic and features the villain Darren Cross.

Douglas, Rudd & Lilly. Surely Marvel could have given me at least one casting I didn't love by now. I was confident Ant Man was going to be the film to do it.

They know their casting! I think it's because they genuinely understand their own characters whereas other studios are trying to fit a certain star into a certain archetype.

I never really got into the casting speculation for this film and maybe I might have thought of Lilly, hard to say, but I definitely wouldn't have thought of Rudd. That was just genius and really drove up my anticipation for the film. And of course you can never go wrong with Michael Douglas.

And Douglas' connection to the Russos makes a CIVIL WAR Pym appearance all the more likely. It's kismit.

Ant-Man & Wasp could of been members of a previous group of superheroes. Remember Fury said to Stark that he isn't the only superhero around. The Avengers initiative could of been around for decades. Captain America is called the first Avenger.
