i use a firefox plugin called "un-plug" it find all the media on the webpage. i download the flv file, and transcode it to .mov with this (http://media-convert.com/)
then, i open it in imageready and resize.

Had too many frames so I had to cut quite a few and I made it at 90x90 to try to keep some of the quality

Could you make it the part where he's spinning around? and you can make it faster if you have to, just keep it under 19.5 KBs.

And I know I won't be able to use it here right now.
