If this is what you wanted then it has too many frames (107), so I wouldn´t be able to get it under the 80kb limit without losing all of the quality

For future reference for anyone:

1 second of video = 30 frames

So....
4 seconds of video = 120 frames

Depending on how well you can optimize it, that's a lot.
