Wait, when did people figure out how to make avies from youtube? Hunter Rider told me it couldn't be done.

You can download youtube vids with the help of www.keepvid.com. But then you still have to convert the FLV file into an avi/mpeg format. And when you're done with that you can start making your gifs.
